      Parameters:
      location - Location of the entity being damaged.
      harmedEntity - Entity getting exploded.
      cause - DamageCause.
      townblock - TownBlock or null if in the wilderness.
      cancelled - Whether Towny will cancel this already.
      attackingPlayer - Player causing the damage to the harmedEntity.
